1. Grace USMLE Tutoring is the company referred to for the remainder of this document.
2. When you hire us for tutoring services, you agree to provide us with certain information as requested in the initial sign-up. All information will be protected and kept confidential.
3. All communication through our website is done via electronic communication. You agree to receive emails and/or Skype access to and from us.
4. All content on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, etc.; and provided in our tutoring session are property of our company or its content suppliers, and is protected by international copyright laws.
5. Although we strive for excellent results and will work hard with each individual, specific results or scores are never guaranteed.
6. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis, and only under specific circumstances.
7. If approved, a refund will be issued after evaluating tutoring hours already undertaken, charged at the full rate of $60/hour. Any unused hours will be refunded from the remaining amount purchased. If hours were purchased at a discounted package rate, the hours undertaken will still be charged at the full rate with the remaining balance refunded.
8. Hours already undertaken will not be considered for refund under any circumstances.
9. We will post notices for any changes in programs or pricing on our website. Changes to pricing does not change charges for services purchased prior to said change.
